Imagine. Innovate. Inspire.

Discover the goals of our program

Our program aims to portray engineering (and the STEM field as a whole) under a positive light by encouraging and sparking young interest in creative problem solving. We encourage kids to build upon their problem solving skills by utilizing their resources and questioning how and why things work; this is done through hands on challenges and activities that are both engaging and expand their knowledge of the fundamental principles of different engineering fields.

We want YOU for our Advisory Board!

We're establishing an advisory board to create a formalized structure of leadership to pass down and distribute the commitment of running the program after we graduate! The board will maintain a student based core, but include a mix of parent/community members, teachers, and engineers to bring a variety of ideas and perspectives to the table. Board members will be expected to meet once a month to share ideas and discuss the program’s progress. They are not required to attend all of the program sessions but it is strongly encouraged that they attend some of them. But don't worry! We're not leaving anytime soon, we simply hope to widen our outreach and build local support to carry on our mission!

"With creativity and perseverance in mind with the motivation to design and develop technology, students can create anything that they can think of. Under my advisory, Emma designed and developed a web game from scratch. There is a lot of potential to design and create technology at Cazenovia High School's Engineering and Computer Science program!" - Mr.Phan
