Why is my Dreamline important?
Where is my motivation coming from?
As I mentioned on the Home Page, I am a 2nd Generation kid. I have a burning desire to succeed big and will no longer let this be diminished. From a young age not itching my urge to start a business when the record has been on repeat. I struggled with the what and the how while watching many hours and days of Shark Tank not being able to connect the dots to my why. What I knew is that I needed to work to save to invest in the stock market and 401K. I never had enough money or a good enough idea that people would believe in me and invest to start a business. I have been stuck in my own head and I cannot contain it anymore I have to work on this on the side. I have to find a market and begin.
I have an entrepreneurial spirit, but I have suppressed this urge for a long time although it did get a spark in college when I started to network for my professional future and work on being more outgoing socially. Eventually finished my degree in Finance and moved straight into a role where I was challenged greatly and later realized I had pushed my dreams aside and forgot why I started this path in the first place.
I think that spark has been waiting to get some air. Maybe some smoke will get going and turn into a fire, but it needs to get some energy. I do have some fears, but at this point, I have no alternatives for opportunities except to use my time more wisely and put some effort into a project. Everything that I have seen talks about practicing what you preach or putting the fingers to the keys to practice what others teach.
I try new hobbies and dive deeper into those for which I have an affinity towards and focus to learn more.
My life is relatively organized and I get to write out how all the things I have are data and discover the best way to present it in this project.
I have been aggregating a knowledge repository within Notion (https://www.notion.so/). Notion requires a login and is a great tool for documentation, planning, etc.
Ok, so what do I need to do next? Starting Q2 2022
Personal branding story
Put together investment and start-up cost estimate (Apps to manage infrastructure)
Get more familiar with tax advantages and optimal setup
Structure business entities including LLC. Trust, and Investments portfolio.
Get clear on how to drive the value at scale
Write a Book, Collaborate, Podcast, YouTube shorts, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram Reels
Financial, Tax, and Business Content,
Separate channel parallel share my additional content,
setup ebay to sell a few items, to be more or a minimalist
FBA, Sales, Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships
Property, Rentals, Property, Multifamily Units

Learn more about Sales, Marketing, Negotiation, Pricing, Providing Value, Soft Skills, Leadership, Project Planning, Professional Development
Take courses from industry leaders to grow business, sell the right way, flip homes, use debt, and more
There are 100% people and programs I have on my mind to buy. I will share more about each as they come closer to my reality and into the schedule.
I have a social media channel which would be great to share more of this kind of information. I left Twitter and most of my social media dormant for 7 years. It's time to revive it and start to do some discovery into the above and see just how much it takes to get started.
