Yes, I follow a specific program that combines weightlifting, core work, and agility training.
What health benefits have you enjoyed since working out at THT?
Since working out at THT, I’ve noticed several health benefits. I’ve tightened my muscles and improved my balance. My workouts have also helped with my existing health issues and have made me feel better overall. In addition, I’ve met new friends who share similar goals, and we motivate and encourage one another.
