Region Schedule

Monday, 4/20/26

 9:30AM – Coaches Meeting

 10:00AM – Field Events: Boys Triple Jump, Girls Long Jump, Boys Discus, Girls Shotput, Girls Pole Vault, Boys High Jump

*In horizontal jumps and throws (Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump, Triple Jump), each athlete will receive 3 preliminary attempts. Top 9 will move to finals and receive another 3 attempts. Preliminary distances will carry over to finals.

**In vertical jumps (High Jump, Pole Vault), there will be 3 attempts at each height. In case of a tiebreaker, we will follow   the NFHS Track and Field Rules to resolve the tie.

 Approximately 12:30PM to 1:00 – Running events will begin & follow this order (girls followed by boys)
