Warm-ups

•30 leg swings each leg

•50 lunges

•10 minutes warm-up run at an easy pace (you should be able to have a conversation at this pace).

•dynamics: A skips, B skips, knee huggers, quad pulls, open the gate, close the gate, karaoke, shuffle, scoops, frankensteins, high knees, & butt kicks


Do this everyday to warm-up (5-6 days each week)


To cool down, for now just easy run for 10-15 minutes. As we progress through the summer, we will add some stretches to this.
