1. Applicant must be a US citizen.
2. Applicant must be a graduating High School senior.
3. Applicant must live in Georgia.
4. Academic requirements: Student must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
5. Student must complete a 300 - 500 word essay on Freedom - What It
Means To Me 6. Applicants need at least one (1), but no more than (4)
letters of recommendation.

The CHI Memorial Scholarship presents the Mary Ellen Locher Scholarship Fund Application
1.Student must have lost a parent to breast cancer or complicaitons relating from the disease OR have a parent who has survived breat cancer or is currently undergoing treatment for breat cancer.
2. Student must live wthin a 50 mile radius of Chattanooga, TN.
3. Student must be accepted as a full-time enrollee in an undergraduate program in a two or four year accredited college or university.
