Cato vs. Weedsport / Fabius-Pompey / LaFayette (9/11)

Girls Modified - The modified girls started off the day by picking up the win versus Fabius-Pompey and an incomplete Weedsport. Elaina Williams lead the way with the individual victory; thanks to a strong sprint finish. She was followed closely behind by Natalie Snyder (4th), Nadia Dudley (6th), and Bailey Impson (7th). Lindsay Fikes (11th) sealed the win with a strong finish of her own to hold off a runner from Fabius.

Boys Modified - The modified boys picked up wins over Fabius and Weedsport as well. The team was lead by a 1-2-3 finish from Carter Impson, Jack Lamson, and Eli Haga. The Blue Devils dominated the competition by placing 8 of the first 9 runners with Brayden Smith (5th), Joe Bonanno (6th), DeVon Adams (7th), Finley Stonecypher (8th), and Nathan Dennis (9th). Trevor Short rounded out the team with an 11th place finish.

Girls Varsity - Grace Cady and Lydia Cox lead the team to a 25-30 win over rival Weedsport and wins over incomplete Fabius-Pompey and LaFayette. A strong race from freshman Julia Wilson (5th) in her varsity debut helped seal the victory. Sarah Perez (8th) and Ariana Proper (9th) rounded out the team score, while MacKenzie Snyder (18th) finished out the team.

Boys Varsity - Freshman Merritt Cox lead the way for the boys with a 3rd place finish overall. Newcomer Kyle Allen ran his first ever varsity race and finished 19th. The boys were incomplete with only two runners.

Cato @ Port Byron / Manlius Pebble Hill (9/17)

Boys Modified - The boys lead off the meet with another 1-2-3 finish from Carter Impson, Jack Lamson, and Eli Haga. Joe Bonanno (6th) and a big race from Nathan Dennis (7th) closed out the scoring. DeVon Adams (8th), Finley Stonecypher (12th), and Brayden Smith (13th) finished well to beat out most of the competition. The boys improved to 5-0.

Girls Modified - Elaina Williams continued her strong start to the year with a second place finish. Bailey Impson (5th), Natalie Snyder (6th), and Nadia Dudley (7th) ran well to round out the team. The girls fell to Port Byron as they were incomplete.

Boys Varsity - Big improvements from both Merritt Cox (2nd) and Kyle Allen (7th) as both athletes were over 2 minutes faster than the previous race.

Girls Varsity - The girls picked up two more wins to remain undefeated on the season at 5-0. Lydia Cox (1st), Grace Cady (2nd), and Julia Wilson (3rd) led the way. Strong efforts from Sarah Perez (5th) and Ariana Proper (6th) say big improvements from last week. Freshman Raven Ducharme (7th) completed her first varsity race.

Baldwinsville Invitational (9/21)

Girls Modified - The girls were once again lead by Elaina Williams, who finished 15th out of almost 200 runners. She was followed by Nadia Dudley (67th), Bailey Impson (71st), and Lindsay Fikes (178th). All four girls ran their fastest races ever!

Boys Modified - Next up was the boys; who ran incredible as a team and managed to pull off a 5th place finish! The field contained over 200 runners from 40 schools across New York and even Canada. Carter Impson lead the way with a 4th place finish. Eli Haga (20th) and Jack Lamson (30th) ran excellent races as they battled through illness and injury. Nathan Dennis (69th) and Joe Bonanno (71st) helped the team with great sprint finishes. Brayden Smith (85th) and Finley Stonecypher (86th) finished out the team. As with the girls, all seven boys ran their fastest races ever!

Girls Varsity - The duo of Grace Cady (17th) and Lydia Cox (18th) lead the team with their best speed ratings ever. Julia Wilson (38th) ran a tough race as she fought through the crowds of other athletes to move up throughout the later parts of the race. The next runner across the line was Ariana Proper (94th) who ran an almost unbelievable 7 minutes faster than her first race of the year. Sarah Perez (98th) rounded out the solid team effort. The girls finished 8th out of 40 teams in a very strong field.

Boys Varsity - Merritt Cox continued his excellent start to his freshman campaign by finishing 45th out of 280 runners. Cilas Oot (216th) returned from a short injury set back to complete his first race of the year.

Cato-Meridian vs. Bishop Grimes / S.A.S / B.V.M. (9/25)

Girls Modified - Elaina Williams picked up another win as she improved her time on the home course by almost a minute. Nadia Dudley (3rd) and Natalie Snyder (4th) ran well as both improved their times from the first meet.

Boys Modified - The boys team picked up two more wins to stay undefeated. Cater Impson cruised to the victory, followed by teammates Eli Haga (2nd) and Joe Bonanno (3rd). An excellent race from Finley Stonecypher (5th) and Nathan Dennis (7th) rounded out the top five for the team. Brayden Smith (11th) ran a gutsy race, as he took a rough fall and still finished the race.

Girls Varsity - The girls improved to 7-0 on the year and set up a showdown with Pulaski on senior night for the League title. Grace Cady led the way with the win, followed by Julia Wilson (3rd) and Lydia Cox (4th). Great runs from Sarah Perez (8th) and Ariana Proper (9th) closed out the scoring.

Boys Varsity - Merritt Cox got his first varsity victory. Kyle Allen (8th) improved his time from the first meet by over minute and Cilas Oot (9th)had his first race of the year on the home course.

McQuaid Invitational (9/28)

Girls Modified - Elaina Williams battled through a bloody nose to lead the team with an 83rd place finish. Nadia Dudley ran a strong second half of the race to finish 114th. Natalie Snyder (130th) and Bailey Impson (181st) rounded out the team. 314 athletes competed in the race.

Boys Modified - In the largest race of the day with 393 runners from 86 teams, the boys finished in an incredible 10th place! Carter Impson lead the way with a 42nd place finish (earning himself a medal). Eli Haga moved up through the field to finish 55th (just outside of the medals). Jack Lamson (73rd), Joe Bonanno (128th), and DeVon Adams (194th) completed the top five for the team. Finley Stonecypher (203rd) and Brayden Smith (261st) completed the team.

Girls Varsity - The girls grabbed 5th place from a strong field as the top three girls of Grace Cady (12th), Lydia Cox (31st), and Julia Wilson (49th) all earned themselves medals with top 50 finishes. An excellent race from Ariana Proper (92nd) help lift the team as Sarah Perez (126th) finished out the scoring.

Boys Varsity - Merritt Cox lead the way once again as he breaks under 6:00 per mile for the first time, earning a medal (42nd) in the process. Kyle Allen (202nd) ran his best race yet, breaking under 7:00 per mile for the first time. Cilas Oot (246th) continued to improve on year.

Cato-Meridian @ Tully / Faith Heritage (10/2)

Girls Modified - The girls lead off the day with solid races all around. Elaina Williams lead the way (4th) followed by the pack of Nadia Dudley (6th), Natalie Snyder (7th) and Bailey Impson (8th).

Boys Modified - The boys suffered their first loss of the year; falling to Tully by just one point. The team was led by a 1-2 finish from Carter Impson and Eli Haga. Strong races from Jack Lamson (6th) and Joe Bonanno (8th) helped the team, while DeVon Adams (12th), Finely Stonecypher (13th), and Brayden Smith (14th) rounded out the team.

Girls Varsity - The girls continued to run well even as they fell to Tully by a score of 17-44. Grace Cady (5th) and Lydia Cox (6th) led the way followed by Julia Wilson (8th). Ariana Proper (12th) continued her steady improvement over the season and Sarah Perez (16th) finished out the top five for the team.

Boys Varsity - The duo of Merritt Cox and Nathan Conklin cruised to a top finish as they crossed the line even with two Tully runners.

Cato-Meridian vs. Pulaski / Onondaga (10/9)

Girls Modified - The Girls started the day with a win over Pulaski and Onondaga. This moves the girls to 5-1 on the season. Elaina Williams once again led the way with a third place finish. She was followed by Nadia Dudley (4th), Bailey Impson (6th), and Natalie Snyder (7th). Lindsay Fikes finished out the team with a top ten finish.

Boys Modified - The boys topped Onondaga but fell to Pulaski. Carter Impson remained undefeated in the league with another first place finish. Eli Haga (3rd), Jack Lamson (7th), Joe Bonanno (10th), and DeVon Adams (12th) rounded out the scoring. Solid efforts from Finley Stoncypher (15th), Brayden Smith (17th), and Nathan Dennis (20th) closed out the team.

Girls Varsity - League Champs!! The girls held off a tough Pulaski squad 26 to 29 to capture the win and the league title. The team was led once again by a 1-2 finish from Lydia Cox and Grace Cady. Strong races from the next three girls; Julia Wilson (5th), Ariana Proper (8th), and Sarah Perez (10th) helped seal the victory. The girls close out the dual meet season with a 10-1 record and 5-0 in the league.

Boys Varsity - The boys had their first race as a complete team. Picking up the win over Onondaga, but falling to Pulaski. Nathan Conklin (3rd) led the way, followed closely by Merritt Cox (5th). Kyle Allen (20th) continued to improve his time on the home course as Cilas Oot (24th) and Schuyler Goodwin (25th) ran well to close out the scoring.

Manhattan Invitational (10/12)

Girls Varsity - Freshman Julia Wilson led the way for the first time this year, posting an excellent 17:57 on the hilly 2.5 mile course. Julia (68th) and teammate Lydia Cox (71st) earned themselves medals with top 75 finishes. Grace Cady was next for the team with a 109th place finish after being spiked early in the race. Sarah Perez (161st) finished out the team.

Boys Varsity - Merritt Cox led the way yet again with a 70th place finish to earn himself a medal. Schuyler Goodwin (127th) ran well and was followed closely by Kyle Allen (128th). Cilas Oot had to drop out after taking a hard fall on one of the hills.

Weedsport Invitational (10/19)

Boys Modified - The boys led off the day with an excellent 4th place finish out of 18 teams. The team was led by a strong finish from Carter Impson (9th) and Eli Haga (13th). Jack Lamson (24th), Joe Bonanno (38th), and a great run from Brayden Smith (39th) completed the scoring.

Girls Modified - The girls were next to traverse the mud and were led by Elaina Williams (20th). Nadia Dudley (33rd) turned in the performance of the day as she lost a shoe in the early stages of the race.

Boys Varsity - Nathan Conklin (12th) and Schuyler Goodwin (90th) ran well for the boys.

OHSL League Championship (10/23)

Girls Modified - The girls ran to a solid 3rd place finish. They were led by a 6th place from Elaina Williams and a strong pack of Nadia Dudley (13th), Natalie Snyder (14th), and Bailey Impson (17th). Lindsay Fikes rounded out the team in 28th.

Boys Modified - The boys also finished in 3rd place. They were led by a strong front 3 of Carter Impson (1st), Jack Lamson (7th), and Eli Haga (8th). Joe Bonanno (20th) and DeVon Adams (24th) closed out the scoring. Nathan Dennis (26th) and Finely Stonecypher (27th) ran well on the muddy course.

Girls Varsity - The girls confirmed their dual meet dominance as they finished first in the division, beating out solid Weedsport and Pulaski teams. They also finished second overall behind a very strong Tully team. The team was led by a strong front 3 of Lydia Cox (7th), Grace Cady (8th), and Julia Wilson (9th). Great races from Ariana Proper (28th) and Sarah Perez (35th) help seal the victory. All five girls earned All-League honors as Lydia, Grace, and Julia were named 1st team and Ariana and Sarah earned 2nd team.

Boys Varsity - Nathan Conklin led the way with an impressive 3rd place finish. He earned himself a 1st team All-League mention as well as teammate Merritt Cox (12th). Kyle Allen grabbed a 2nd team All-League in just his first year running.

Cato-Meridian Invitational (10/26)

Girls Modified - The girls led off the day with a victory, capturing the team title. Elaina Williams (5th), Nadia Dudley (8th), Natalie Snyder (10th) led the team with top 10 finishes as Bailey Impson (11th) was just outside the top 10. Lindsay Fikes completed the team with her best race of the season.

Boys Modified - The boys ran well an managed to grab a second place finish out of 6 teams. Eli Haga (4th), Carter Impson (6th), and Jack Lamson (7th) led the way. A very strong race from Brayden Smith (17th) helped the boys their high team place.

Girls Varsity - The girls ran very well and pulled out a fourth place finish from a strong field of 10 teams. They were led by the trio of Julia Wilson (8th) running by far her fastest speed rating of the year, Lydia Cox (13th), and Grace Cady (14th).

Boys Varsity - The boys were incomplete but had strong races from Nathan Conklin (7th) and Merritt Cox (8th).
