The story of Divine Mercy Radio Network began with a simple dream: to provide a local Catholic radio station accessible from homes and cars throughout the community. Since its humble beginnings in 2008, it has grown into a dynamic network—expanding from low-power FM stations to a 10,000-watt AM station serving Central and Eastern North Carolina, and most recently, a Spanish-language AM station.

We're currently seeking an experienced and innovative Technical Director/Engineer to join our Engineering and Production Team in Raleigh. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Maintain and support remote broadcast systems and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance.
Lead technical projects and coordinate with vendors.
Assist with system design, documentation, and equipment management.
Evaluate new equipment and support daily technical operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with IP infrastructure and broadcast technologies.
1–2 years of experience in engineering or technical support, or equivalent education.
Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Ability to perform component-level diagnostics and repairs.
Familiarity with post-production workflows and editing tools.
