Scenario A:  

My own email is a Gmail account and I want to manage my child’s account

You can only reuse your email address for your child’s account if you are using Gmail.

• Create a separate mycatholicsg account in the format of parent_email + child_name@gmail.com

E.g. if your original email address is Alice2211@gmail.com, and your child’s name is Bob, the parent can sign-up for an account on myCatholicSG using the email Alice2211+bob@gmail.com – this feature is only supported for Gmail addresses

• DCO will send the activation link directly to Alice’s gmail account.

• Once activated, the child’s account can be logged in at mycatholic.sg using the email ID: Alice2211+bob@gmail.com

Scenario B:  My own email is NOT a gmail account.
