Direct Access

Direct Access -

You can now login from home/external to Schools direct onto your Trust laptop with your own account and be connected to the CST VPN and access Sims and network Drives.

All you need to do is connect your laptop to the chosen Wi-fi from the login screen and wait for the CST Direct Access to say either connecting or connected, see below.

Tips -

Users must log off and login when swapping from Internal use to external use and vice versa.
If your desktop does not load on Direct access, Right click the desktop and click refresh.
If you cannot connect to drives and access sims, run the "Direct Access Missing Drives" shortcut on your desktop if available. Otherwise, restart device and login again.
