Spirit Rock

Terms of Rental Agreement:

The Rental Price is $10 dollars for 2 days.
The rental period runs from 8:00 am the day of the rental until 8:00 am the day after the rental expires.
All painting must be completed by the renter at 8:00 am or after on the day of the rental.

Rules for painting the Mustang Pride Spirit Rock:

⮚ A drawing of the proposed message must be submitted on this form for approval. Painting may

not begin until approval has been received from the PTO. Approval requests must be submitted

one week prior to the rental date.

⮚ Paint over the previous message. Make sure not to extend the paint beyond the borders.

⮚ Content must be in good taste. The PTO reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

These may include, but are not limited to, foul language, political objectives, or pictures of a

violent nature.

⮚ Refunds will not be granted.

⮚ Visit our website at WAM PTO (google.com) and click Mustang Pride Spirit Rock to confirm your

dates.

⮚ Once you have signed up, please use the CheddarUp link on the PTO website or send a cash

payment to the school with your child within (7) days of signing up. Failure to pay within (7) days

will result in forfeiture of the requested slot.

⮚ You must turn in this form to confirm your reservation.
