Description: We are pleased to invite you to be part of the GEAR UP Academic Innovation Conference 2025 hosted by Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. This year's conference theme is "Where in the World." Focused on the paradigm of "Global Citizen Education," each session will showcase an aspect of citizenship necessary for our students to be effective global citizens through the lens of rural education.
