1. Setup a new Google Analytics (GA) property in your GA accounts
2. Add the new GA property ID to your new Google Sites settings
3. Go to your Google Search Console (WMT) acc and add the new site as property, be sure to NOT include /home/ at the end of the url when you add site as WMT property
4. Wait 12-48 hours for Google to crawl and index your new Google Sites pages
5. Once a page has been indexed you can request indexing (again) when a page has been updated
