Overall Objective: Participants will learn about and develop a plan for establishing a cyclical iteration process called “Discovery Driven Planning (DDP)”. The process includes the following four phases and objectives.

• Phase 1: Prepare - Ensure all participants are clear on the purpose and process of DDP.

• Phase 2: Gather Evidence - Gather evidence of blended implementation aligned to the RBL Implementation Continuum (RBL-IC).

• Phase 3: Reach Consensus - Reflect on progress implementing the blended student experience in alignment with the RBL-IC and come to consensus on high priority next steps.

• Phase 4: Act - Take action based on high priority next steps.
