Amokura
Principal
Ngā mihi ki a koutou katoa.
I have been a part of Castlecliff School and the friendly Castlecliff community for over 20 years. I’ve built connections and rapport with past and current whānau, students, staff and education support agencies.
I am very proud to see and hear students succeeding in their own life pathways and am now privileged to be educating the second, third and fourth generations of whānau who continue to support Castlecliff School.
With the encouragement of past and current Principals, work colleagues and Board members, my roles have changed throughout my career here at Castlecliff School, from being a classroom teacher to Assistant Principal and Lead Teacher of the Whānau Room; to Deputy Principal and now Principal.
My husband Dean and I are very proud of our whānau which consists of our eldest son Katerama & Kimberly, our only daughter Ngawai and Kim and our baby son Kereama who we only got to hold, hug, talk, sing, feed and kiss for only 4 months before Ihoa o ngā mano took him to be an angel. Our love for him will never end.
We are two doting grandparents, blessed with two very loved (spoilt) mokopuna
Te Wairere-Mārie Allan and Kereama Allan.
