Tena koe. My name is Donna Plumridge. I was born in Raetihi and grew up in Whanganui. I'm a mum to two children; my eldest a boy and youngest a girl. I am a grandmother to twin boys and the past year, a girl born in Australia. I also have 5 whāngai mokopuna.
I have a Bachelor of Education in Teaching from Massey University and T.E.F.F.L. Advanced Certificate.
I have had the opportunity to teach English in China, Saudi Arabia and Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Tupoho. I have also been a teacher for Central Regional Health School, working alongside vulnerable youth at Te Aurere a Te Tonga in Palmerston North.
I enjoy different sporting codes, especially netball where I have been a named umpire, coach or player.
I’m passionate about building relationships with our tamariki and whanau. I endeavor to support our tamariki to be the best they can and be positive lifelong learners.
