All students during their school journey will have careers embedded into subject schemes of learning, opportunities to engage with employers and a provision for a one to one interview for career guidance and advice through the Careers Service.

Careers Wales Support
Hi, my name is Louise Ellis and I am the Careers Wales Adviser linked to Castell Alun High School.
My role in school is to help students with making career plans and decisions about their next steps after year 11 and 6th form. I can help with making sure students are aware of all the different options and looking at what is available. I can support students who want to look at apprenticeship/employment opportunities locally and those who want to continue with full-time education and college courses.
