5:40pm 1:1 Writing Feedback
6:00pm-7:45pm: Event is open, check-in at the front desk with your signed gym waiver (no day pass or membership needed!) and get your free raffle ticket and scavenger hunt ccard.
6:10pm: Mini Raffle for first drawing
6:15pm: Reading -Scott Kikkawa -"Sporting Girl"
6:40pm: Mini Raffle for second drawing
6:45pm: Reading - Evangeline Berry- "In Which Everything Goes"
7:05-7:45pm: Panel on Publishing featuring: CL Walters, Shay Kauwe, Donald Carreira Ching
7:50pm: Large and finale raffle drawing; interior event closes
7:55pm-8:30pm: Books with Buzz Book Club Meeting featuring “The Killing Spell” with Author Shay Kauwe for last 15 mins
Please note that the Books with a buzz book club meeting will take place on the back lanai while furniture is being rearranged in the gym - no worries, it's planned that way intentionally and you are encouraged to attend the book club meeting - you will not be in the way!
