Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
For the Spring 2021 semester, I was placed at Epicenter ABA Therapy as my practicum placement. During this time, I worked towards earning my RBT certification. This involved a comprehensive online 40-hour training, supervision, a competency assessment, and passing a final examination.
Once I achieved this certification, I spent the month of July, 2021 working individually with multiple children on behavior goals. Throughout this month, I gained experience that directed me towards my desire to grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
I will begin my full-time employment as an RBT at Epicenter ABA Therapy in January of 2022. During this time, I will be enrolled in Bowling Green State University's ABA Certification program.
