Hello everyone... I am Miss Ernst! I look forward to meeting all of you.
A little about me: I currently live in Shippensburg. I received my teaching degree from Shippensburg University. I have been teaching, as a daily or long-term substitute, since 2002. I have been teaching 1st grade since 2009. I love it!!
Besides teaching, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy hiking, reading, playing board or card games, and crafting. My favorite color is purple!
My goal for children is to develop a love of learning! Learning how to read, becoming better writers, and understanding various math skills. It will be an exciting adventure of stories, activities, and games. Children will grow socially, emotionally, and academically as they develop into independent learners... Our future!
