How to sign up to come to the iMedia Center during study hall

  • Report to study hall and sign in with your teacher according to their procedures.

  • Make sure you report directly to iMedia center after signing up with your study hall teacher. DO NOT STOP AT THE RESTROOM OR LOCKER ON YOUR WAY. We will allow you to go after reporting to the iMedia center and checking in.

When you are here

When you come to the media center you will stand on a social distancing mark on the floor until your name is called. When your name is called you can have a seat wherever you would like. This year we will not be moving seating because of the need to follow social distancing protocols. Sanitizing wipes will be available for you to wipe down your space before being seated. If you need to use the restroom of go to your locker, ask Mrs. Jordan-Egnot, Mrs. Hoover, or another adult in charge and then sign out at the circulation desk.

Who needs a pass?

All students who come to the iMedia center from a classroom, homeroom, or lunch except those students whose entire class is signed up to be in the iMedia Center will need a pass of some sort. This can be a lanyard, post it, scrap of paper etc… Please make sure you have something tangible that lets me know you have permission to come to iMedia center. Please do not just sign the board or class sign out sheet and leave without a pass.

Who does NOT need a pass?

  • Students in study hall who have signed up digitally to come on the Google form provided to the study hall teachers.

  • Students coming to the iMedia center for a quick checkout between classes who can still make it to the next class on time.

Homeroom

Homeroom is only a few minutes long and there is very little time for students to do much. Because of the limited time, please do not plan on this time to work on something computer related. If you need a book and know which one, you should be able to do that if you come right at the beginning of homeroom. Please make sure you have a pass.
