Planning a change initiative in your school or district? Let’s face it, change isn’t easy! Join Dr. Michael Piccirillo, Executive Director of CASDA, who will draw from William Bridges’ seminal work, “Managing Transitions: Making the Most of Change,” as a guide. Leaders and their teams will have an opportunity to apply the three stages of transition (Ending, Losing, Letting Go; The Neutral Zone; The New Beginning) to a planned or ongoing change initiative. The workshop will include opportunities to assess the transition readiness of your organization, to plan for a transition, and to establish a Transition Monitoring Team.
