In the aftermath of the summer uprising against multiple police murders of Black citizens, and a white supremacist uprising at the Capitol, student voices can help enhance our understanding of systemic racism in schools and society and shape a vision for a more just and equitable future. This dialog facilitated by our partners at Common Thread Consulting and featuring Schenectady High School students Elizabeth Tchacko-Tchuambe and Shamiah Walker provides powerful insight into how students have advocated for equitable change both in their schools and community.
