CAMP TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

TUITION

This year’s tuition reflects important program enhancements, including increased facility rental costs at our new location, expanded professional staffing, and the addition of program materials such as a camp T-shirt and enhanced instructional supplies.
Our program has also grown significantly in scope. Campers now receive training across multiple dance genres alongside acting and vocal instruction, creating a comprehensive performing arts experience designed to build confidence, creativity, and performance skills both on and off the stage. Students are thoughtfully placed into small groups to ensure individualized attention and meaningful instruction within a supportive, close-knit environment.
When establishing tuition, we carefully evaluated comparable camp programs and classes for dance or theatre related to our age ranges and offerings. Many one-week day camps ranged $20-$30 per hour, while dance and theatre group classes locally range from approximately $17–$85 per hour. Even with this year’s adjustment, our tuition averages approximately $12.93 per hour which is the lower average childcare cost. Our goal has always been to offer more than summer supervision, but a high level of professional instruction and personalized care. We are intentionally investing in a program that fosters artistic growth, confidence, and lasting skills for young performers.

- June 6th | 10am arrival, Performances at 11:30am & 2:30pm
- 41 hours
- *if paid in full at time of registration your total owed is $50 off. Only pay $480.
- *or pay non-refundable $265 deposit towards tuition total and pay the remainder $265 by May 1 but you will not receive $50 off.

PAYMENT TERMSSubmission of a registration form constitutes agreement to the terms outlined below.Full payment is required to secure your camper’s spot. Tuition must be paid in full no later than May 1. Any outstanding balance remaining after May 1 will incur a $50 late fee. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in loss of camp placement, and availability may be limited if full payment is delayed.At the time of registration, families may choose to enroll as half day or full day:
*Half-Day students must pay in full at the time of registration.
*Full-Day students may either:
*pay in full at registration and receive a $50 discount, or
*pay a deposit toward tuition total at registration and pay the remaining balance by May 1 (without the $50 discount).
REFUNDS/UNENROLLMENTUnenrollment prior to May 1, full-day students who paid only the deposit towards their tuition may apply paid amount toward the following year’s camp, but no refund will be issued. Full-day students who paid in full may either receive a $245 refund or apply full tuition toward the following year’s camp.Unenrollment after May 1 is not eligible for a refund; however, tuition may be applied as a credit toward the following year’s camp. If a participant unenrolls after May 1 and tuition has not been paid in full, the remaining balance will still be due according to camp payment policies, including any applicable late fee. All amounts paid or collected under these terms will be credited toward the following year’s camp enrollment.$265 of tuition is non-refundable for all registrants (half day or full day), regardless of whether payment is made in full or through the deposit option. Payment rollover options toward the following year’s camp are outlined above.
