This year’s tuition reflects important program enhancements, including increased facility rental costs at our new location, expanded professional staffing, and the addition of program materials such as a camp T-shirt and enhanced instructional supplies.Our program has also grown significantly in scope. Campers now receive training across multiple dance genres alongside acting and vocal instruction, creating a comprehensive performing arts experience designed to build confidence, creativity, and performance skills both on and off the stage. Students are thoughtfully placed into small groups to ensure individualized attention and meaningful instruction within a supportive, close-knit environment. When establishing tuition, we carefully evaluated comparable camp programs and classes for dance or theatre related to our age ranges and offerings. Many one-week day camps ranged $20-$30 per hour, while dance and theatre group classes locally range from approximately $17–$85 per hour. This intensive is designed as a higher-level training experience and differs from our youth camp in both scope and instruction. Even with this year’s adjustment, tuition is $19 per hour, which remains below many comparable intensive programs or specialize group training classes and is equal to typical childcare costs, even though what we offer an enriching experience well beyond child care. Our goal is to keep the program accessible while continuing to provide professional instruction, personalized attention, and a meaningful experience that fosters artistic growth, confidence, and lasting skills for young performers. Secured Spot - Must pay full $670 at time of registration (special discount of $50 total)
NOT Secured Spot - Must pay non-refundable $250 deposit at time of registration to go towards tuition total. Remaining $470 due before May 1.

A $250 portion of tuition is non-refundable for all registrants, regardless of whether payment is made in full or through the deposit option.Unenrollment after May 1 is not eligible for refunds. However, paid tuition may be applied as a credit toward enrollment in the following year’s camp. If a participant unenrolls after May 1 and tuition has not been paid in full, the remaining balance will still be due in accordance with camp payment policies. The applicable $50 late fee will also apply. All amounts paid or collected under these terms will be credited toward the following year’s camp enrollment.

PAYMENT TERMSSubmission of a registration form constitutes agreement to the terms outlined below.Full payment is required to secure your camper’s spot. Tuition must be paid in full no later than May 1. Any outstanding balance remaining after May 1 will incur a $50 late fee. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in loss of camp placement, and availability may be limited if full payment is delayed. REFUNDS/UNENROLLMENTUnenrollment prior to May 1, students who paid only the deposit towards their tuition may apply paid amount toward the following year’s camp, but no refund will be issued. Students who paid in full may either receive a $420 refund or apply full tuition toward the following year’s camp.Unenrollment after May 1 is not eligible for a refund; however, tuition may be applied as a credit toward the following year’s camp.
