CAMP TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

The Following Information will Give the Camper and their Family all the Information they Need to Know Concerning:

TUITION

July Musical Camp

Space is limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Full payment is required with your registration.

  Before August 1, 2024
Tuition Cost is $585
*Discount only available if paid in full, deposit included in total cost. The ($200) deposit amount is always non-refundable whether you paid in full or deposit alone.

After August 1, 2024  Tuition Cost is $625Limited spots often remain.
*Pay either a $200 deposit towards the total tuition to secure spot or pay full tuition (deposit included in total cost). The ($200) deposit amount is always non-refundable whether you paid in full or deposit alone.Must pay full amount by May 1, 2025 or late fees will be added.

  Late Payments  Any payments made after May 1, 2025 will pay an additional late fee of $50.The ($200) deposit amount is always non-refundable whether you paid in full or deposit alone.
  Important Payment Policies
The ($200) deposit amount is always non-refundable whether you paid in full or deposit alone. Your spot is only secured if you paid in full or paid only a $200 deposit. If you have not paid anything your spot is not reserved. Due to the overwhelming popularity our camp has received in the last few years we will likely reach max capacity for camp in early 2025. Full tuition must be paid by May 1, 2025, any payments past then will have a late fee of $50 required to be added.

Should you need to withdraw from camp you have two options:

Be refunded less the deposit ($200) from what you have paid. *However, o refunds are issued if parents withdraws the camper's registration after June 1, 2025.
Roll over the full amount you have paid for the following summer camp.

POLICIES

Pandemic Policy In the case of a pandemic causing us to cancel camp before June 23, 2025 your full tuition will be rolled over to the next summer. Should we have to cancel camp after camp begins due to a widespread of covid-19, refunds cannot be issued because production costs will already be allocated and paid out months prior to camp starting.
Illness/Family Emergency Policy In the case of a camper needing to miss multiple days or withdraw from camp due to a quarantine or other illness, refunds cannot be issued because production costs will already be allocated and paid out months prior to camp starting. In the event your child is sick and must miss a day or more of camp, please administer a Covid-19 test before returning to camp even if no symptoms are present in case they are asymptomatic. We want to prevent any possible outbreaks at camp, as well as to avoid canceling the show/camp early.
