Don't Forget - All Immunization Records are due! If your student is new to CAI this school year and you have not turned in Immunization Records, please do so as soon as possible.  

You can have information faxed to 812-944-6902 or email rburke@caschools.us.

Wash and return any clothes borrowed from the Health Room as soon as possible.  We rely on these these items to lend to other students.

Please consider others when wearing perfume, cologne, or scented lotions. Many people have asthma and allergies that are sensitive to fragrances.
