Digital Library
Cascade School District has a Digital Library
The elementary schools have had access to a digital library since 2013 but with the current school shutdowns we have expanded it to all of the students in Cascade School District. There are currently 1595 books in the system. Some of the books have been given to us for free until June 30th by the publishing companies to help students have access to books. I have spent the last couple of weeks updating the system so that all of our students have access and that the students can read books that are age appropriate.
When looking at the library you can see all of the books but the only ones available for check out will have the book or headphone in black. If it is gray then it is either checked out by someone else or is not available due to the age of your child.
Your student's library number is their district ID number which can be found on TylerSis. You are also welcome to email me at dkroker@cascade.k12.or.us and I will send you the number. Please take the time to look at the whole library. If you just look at your grade level interest you are missing out on some great books. This is very true for the upper grade students. The library says there are only 8 books for high school but in reality there are about 400. This is a great time to try out our library and we will hopefully be adding more soon.
If you type your student's number in the link below it will open up the digital library for you and you can check out books from here.
