Payments

• We request payment (cash or wire transfer or credit card) at least one night in advance

• We ask for a security deposit of CLP$ 10,000 for apartments and lofts (keys, general equipment, no smoking and no parties)

Booking Cancelation

• At least 48 hours in advance or it will be charged the price of one night

• Booking fee is no refundable

Check-in/check-out

• The reception is open monday to thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and friday to sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  9:00 to 21:00 hrs

• Check-in from 16:00 to 21:00 hrs

• Check-out from 9:00 to 12:00 hrs

• Talk with the receptionist about your security deposit the day before your check-out

• You can leave your luggage in the luggage room, before your check-in and after your check-out (9:00 to 20:30 hrs.)

General

• Smoking is not allowed inside the House

• Kitchen use: when finished, wash, dry and put away everything.

• Washing clothes in the bathrooms or showers is not allowed

• Visitors are not allowed in the house 

• You can hang out in the common area until 23 hrs , afterwards go out and enjoy the bars on Cumming and the nightlife of Valparaiso!

• Pets or animals are not allowed inside the House

• Room selection has anextra cost.

Responsibilities

• The house is not responsible for damage, lost or stolen articles under any condition or circumstances

• The house is not responsible for guest accidents, under any condition or circumstances.

Age restrictions

• No age restriction for apartments & lofts

• Children over 12 are welcome in rooms
