There are multiple hand sanitizer stations setup around the building, hallways and classrooms. Students should continue to wash and sanitize hands throughout the day. It is important that masks are worn in classrooms and during passing. Students should travel directly to classes and not spend extended time in the hallways.
Students on the first floor who need to travel to the second floor will head to the four designated interior stairways.
Studnets in grades 6 and 7 are on a different schedule and pass at different times from students in grades 8-12, this will reduce the number of students in hallways at one time . Students in grades 8 -12 will only be passing between three periods. We have designated interior stairwells as up and exterior stair wells for down (See attached maps). All stairs will be labeled with appropriate directional arrows. Administration and support staff will be managing hallway traffic to enforce traffic flow.
Students on the second floor who need to travel to the first floor will head to the four designated stairways.
All bathrooms will be closed during passing time. At this time, the only bathrooms that will be open for students will be on the main floor and will be supervised by hall monitors. Four students will be allowed to use the bathrooms at one time, and they will be cleaned regularly.
All water bubblers will remain off, studnets can access water filling stations around the building. Students can fill up resusable water bottles through out the day.
