Wellness in WRJ

Winter can be long and cold in WRJ! Taking time to eat well, sleep well, and exercise even when the weather gets gray and school work piles up can do wonders for your health and well-being.

In addition to several nearby gyms and sports complexes (including the Upper Valley Aquatic Center— a great cure for mid-winter blues!), White River Junction is home to multiple meditation and yoga centers.
