Keith Steptoe Golf Tournament
Keith Steptoe acquired leukemia in 1992 at the age of twenty-seven and passed away shortly thereafter. Keith grew up in Carthage, graduated from Carthage High School, and was known by most residents of Carthage. His young and untimely death was a difficult time for his family and friends. It is our effort to make something positive out of a very negative situation.

Our scholarships are awarded to Carthage High School seniors who wish to pursue a vocational or technical type of education. We make every effort to channel these scholarships to deserving students who truly need financial assistance, and have a true desire to stick with their educational goals.

This golf tournament is a benefit tournament, and it is intended to provide a way for those who want to be involved, not only to have a good time, but to be a part of something very positive! The success we have will be a result of the support of the community.
