Contributed presentations will be held in classrooms with approximate capacity of 25–30 seats. Connect to projectors using your own laptop via HDMI or VGA cables, or using classroom computers.

In short:
- Connect to the "Carthage-Open" network.
- Select "Request Temporary Access."
- Choose from SMS (text message) or email-based confirmation options.
