Welcome to the Acting 1 Class!!
This is an Audition based course that is being offered for the full year here at CHS! This course will help any student with an interest in acting to develop their acting skills further! Students will look at different acting methods that exist in order to find what works best for them. Students will also learn audition material and etiquette in order to prepare them for future auditions if they choose to pursue acting as a career.

In Acting 1, we learn proper stage combat!
We got to chat with Kate Hart, a working actress from Los Angeles, who spoke with us about auditions and agents and answered questions the class had about what it takes to work in the industry!

This year we partnered up with the Choir to go on an amazing Broadway trip! We went to the Museum of Modern Art, The Museum of Broadway, and ended the evening with a night of theater seeing the musical Hadestown on Broadway!
