Welcome to White Oak Elementary School, located in Cape Carteret, North Carolina. I am Mark Sheehe, the Assistant Principal, at White Oak Elementary School. I have been in education for 17 years and served as a middle school social studies teacher, athletic director, and coach. We are excited for you to join us and become a Wildcat.
Here at White Oak, we develop the whole student by building a strong mind, body, and character. Building relationships and working together with the community is what makes White Oak Elementary a great place to be.
I reside in Carteret County with my wife and two children. In our free time we love going to the beach and taking the boat out, exploring the many beautiful areas Carteret County has to offer.
