The Philippine Association of Researchers and Statistical Software Users (PARSSU) holds the 12th PARSSU International Conference-Workshop 2023: Advances in Software Applications on Biosystems, Modeling, Statistics Education, and Governance this June 10-14, 2023 at the Honorable Elisa Rosales Ochoa (HERO) Learning Hall, Caraga State University, Butuan City, Philippines. This conference-workshop aims to bring together researchers, educators, policy-makers and students to discuss the latest developments in the fields of biology, mathematics, statistics, governance, and software applications. The event seeks to promote the interdisciplinary exchange of ideas and the development of new research collaborations, as well as to provide opportunities for participants to learn about the latest tools and techniques in the field. The conference is particularly timely given the increasing demand for professionals with expertise in biosystems, math models, statistics education, and management, and the growing importance of software applications in these fields. The conference-workshop will also provide a platform for discussing the challenges and opportunities in the field and for identifying new areas for research and collaboration.
