ALL Students must enroll in Password Reset to have access to change or retrieve forgotten Google Password.
Follow the steps below to access Chromebook, email, Infinite Campus, Classroom and Digital Resources.

Follow instructions in tutorial below.
BEFORE signing in, click on APPS at the bottom of the screen, choose Forgot Password, answer questions and reset password.
Can't remember the answers to the questions? Not enrolled in Password Reset? New student to Carson City School District?
Contact your Library Media Specialist or a teacher to reset your password. ACAMPBELL@CARSON.K12.NV.US
A temporary password will be provided. Student MUST enroll in password reset (choose the security questions) and reset a secure password.
Login to the self-service password reset portal. Click APPS and choose "Forgot Password". Sign in with your temporary password and enroll to reset password.
*Do NOT input a mobile phone number.
NEW STUDENTS TO CCSD - Follow steps above to request a student password reset
Email/Login is a closed system. Students may send/receive email only from within CCSD.

Students are responsible for lost chromebooks.
Replacement cost for a Chromebook is $300.00.
If a Chromebook is missing, retrace your steps! Check each classroom. Then notify the library to have the Chromebook disabled.
See a Dean for questions about payments toward replacement. Payments may be made online or at the Finance Office.
