The goal of the event is twofold. First is to inspire all of our 9th graders as they prepare for 10th grade, their final year in the MYP, culminating with completion of their Personal Project which is in essence a Passion Project. The second goal is to give some of our students a voice in the global community. Our speakers for this event will include impassioned adults and students.

TEDxCarrollwoodDaySchool is a TEDx experience for students in 6-12th grade along with adults in our community. The focus, as all TEDx events, is to inspire and spark ideas with our students. This year the theme focuses on Create- Engage-Innovate. We purposefully choose a topic that would have a wide variety of talks and ideas.

We are very excited to host our 3rd TEDxCarrollwoodDaySchool Event! The event will include student and community member speakers who will spark new ideas and ways of thought. Middle School students and parents will take part in engaging activities based on speaker talks throughout the day.
