• Student Candids / Sports: We need your photos (candids, friends, sports, clubs) for the yearbook and for display during lunch on our cafeteria screens. Email them directly to cms.yearbook@carrolltoncityschools.net or submit as many as you like using this link: http://bit.ly/cmsyearbookpics26.

• CMS Morning Broadcast: can be viewed on YouTube each school day and features students and staff! Please subscribe to our channel @cmstrojans, to be notified when the daily announcements are available! Our broadcast is interactive and we have launched our Hub! Go to http://bit.ly/broadcasthub - from there you can complete student shoutout requests, submit ideas or questions to us, and submit your trivia answers or votes quickly! The school announcements and At-a-Glance sites are also linked on the Hub. Please ask your teachers to add it to your Google Classroom if they have not done so already!

• Trojan U: Students, need something fun to do after school? Come and join Trojan University with your friends or even meet new friends. During Trojan University you can receive help with your homework, receive academic enrichment, participate in the fine arts and participate in educational community service. Snacks are provided as well as bus transportation. To receive an application see Mr. Dukes in room 905 or see Ms. Brownson in room 412.  We look forward to seeing you at Trojan University!

• Back-to-School Guide: This one-stop-shop gives you all the important information you need to make sure the year starts off right! From Important Dates, IC Portal Help, and even our new step-up guides for each school, it all can be found here. 

CLUBS / SPORTS RELATED:

• S.I.S.T.E.R. Meeting: There will be a SISTER meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 4th immediately after BUS Riders in the media center. Please have a ride to pick you up at 4:45pm. See a Mentor if you have any questions. 

• CMS Gymnastics Team: Gymnastics season is right around the corner! If you are interested in joining Trojan Gymnastics, there will be a meeting to discuss program details & requirements; Tuesday November 11th @ 7:30am in Coach Hudson's classroom #904. 

• FCA Meetings will be weekly on Fridays at 7:48 am, in the Media Center. We have had so many students attending our meetings that we have to split it up and will now meet based on grade levels. 

• GA Junior Beta Club Convention  Location: Savannah, Georgia Dates: Thursday, December 4 – Saturday, December 6, 2025 Cost: Approximately $500 per student Payment Online: RevTrak (QR code available on flyer)  Remaining Payment Deadlines:  $200 final payment due November 21, 2025.  Thank you for supporting your child’s involvement in Junior Beta Club.
