GSBA Excellence in Governance Foundation Fund
Created the Philip L. Hartley Legacy of Leadership Student Scholarship to recognize students whose influence reaches beyond academic achievement. As we celebrate 75 years of serving Georgia's public schools, the Foundation Fund reflects GSBA's commitment to investing in the next generation of leaders.

Requirements:
-plan to be enrolled in an accredited college or university in the US and pursue an education in law and/or justice
-maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
