Lee Ritchie is a Carroll County native, attending the Carroll County Schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade. He is entering his 14th year of teaching, with 9 of those years in Carroll County. Beginning his career at Mt. Zion Elementary School, he then moved to Roopville Elementary School for the next four years. For the next five years, he was the Director of Bands at Columbus High School in Columbus, GA before returning to Carroll County at Bowdon High School. Mr. Ritchie holds his Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in music education from the University of West Georgia. He continues to be an active performer in addition to his teaching, and regularly can be found with various community and church ensembles. He and his wife, Lyndsey, proudly reside in Bowdon.

Cynthia Videtto is in her 19th year of teaching. A Louisiana native, she moved to Kennesaw, GA for high school. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in 2004 and her Master's degree from the University of West Georgia this past summer. Her teaching career started at Burke County Middle School, where she also assisted with the Burke County High School Marching Band. Ms. Videtto is beginning her 16th year as Band Director at Bowdon Middle School, where she was named Teacher of the Year and Second Runner-Up Carroll County Teacher of the Year in 2015. She also proudly serves as the Associate Director for the Bowdon High School Band of Pride. Cynthia has a six year old son, Charlie.
