Q: Do you have any tips for volleyball players?

A: "Skill wise: always ask questions, just start playing, (Forsythe started playing at 20), surround yourself with the right influences (coaches and teammates), sacrifice things that don't matter in order to focus more on the game and become a better player, find your 'why' in why you want to play the game; Is God calling you to do this? Through my play, leadership, and actions I strove to represent the Lord and be Christ like."

Q: If you could give advice to someone who wants to become a professional player, what would that advice be?

A: "You are a product of who you surround yourself with (elite players, coaches, and teammates). Give 125% effort, you will see how this translates into your life and you will form better habits. You will find yourself in a better position in life in general.

Don't be afraid to fail, the best people fail over and over again. When you fail, don't be afraid to get back up. God always honors hard work and God will honor you through that hard work."
