Sanctuary/Home in Self

Home in self emerged as personal, relational and artistic exploration of the self. Having renovated literal homes and having a pattern of building a sense of self inside other people, I set out to explore how a home base inside myself could look, feel and express itself. With experience in the field of therapy for over 20 years, I intimately know that the intention and effort we put into the home of ourselves offers capacity, not only to ourselves, but those around us. What does the home inside me look like? What renovations can be done? Through the mirror of relating to the world around me, I declare and claim a sense of belonging to myself. This work weaves my personal, therapeutic and artistic practice together in an effort to encourage others to similarly integrate wholeness in themselves.
