About The Developer

Crafted Milestone LLC was established in January 2022 by two experienced developers with a combined four decades of industry expertise. Our company is proudly based in our home state of East Tennessee. What started as a shared love for land and community building has evolved into a thriving development company operating across the Southeast, with projects in Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, and Georgia.

We focus mainly on creating waterfront communities in highly desirable areas, along with some higher-density residential developments closer to home here in East Tennessee.

At the heart of what we do is a simple idea: we love what we do. That passion drives every project we take on. We feel incredibly fortunate for how far we’ve come and are truly thankful for the lot buyers, partners, and communities we’ve had the chance to work with so far.
