Students who are identified as gifted are supported through enrichment activities within and/or outside of the classroom. In grades K - 2, students received differentiated instruction within the classroom. In grades 3 - 8, students receive enrichment outside the classroom once per week in addition to differentiated instruction by classroom teachers.
Read the gifted and talented policies here to learn about the criteria for selection.
Students in grades K - 4 receive a standards-based report card. These report cards align with the NJSLS and skills taught in the child's grade. Look below to see a description of the language arts and math indicators for each grade level.
