Welcome to Sage Creek!

During the school year and on regular school days, the Athletic Trainer will be on site for all Sage Creek Athletics in-season events. Visiting teams are asked to come prepared to participate (taped, wrapped, etc). If a visiting team student-athlete will need to be prepared on site they should bring their own supplies. Ideally, the Sage Creek AT should be notified in advance by the visiting team's Athletic Trainer of any care that will need to be given prior to participation. Visiting teams are asked to bring their own water and/or water bottles, water is not supplied to visiting teams. If a visiting team student-athlete needs medical treatment during an event, a Sage Creek coach will be able to facilitate calling the Athletic Trainer for assistance.

EAPs & AED Locations

Sage Creek is fortunate to have ten (10) AED's on campus! The Sage Creek AT, coaches and custodians have access to the nearest AED for each sport specific venue. The Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) for each sport venue is below, noting the nearest AED location. The Sage Creek AT will have an AED on the cart when covering outdoor events.
