The PALs program at Sage Creek High School is a group of juniors and seniors who have gone through extensive training to be ready to talk with students, one-on-one, on a variety of teen topics. Their training includes communication skills, active listening, and information on every relevant teen topic.

How to get to PALs
1. Enter the office (3000 building)
2. Go past Ms. Saenz's desk and head downstairs into the Counseling Area
3. Once you arrive in the Counseling Area, go left past Mrs. Barres's desk
4. If we aren't there, ask Mrs. Barres or a counselor to come find us
