Welcome Students and Families!
I’m so excited to be your teacher this year and to partner with families in creating a fun, supportive space where students can grow, explore, and discover the joy of learning. I can’t wait to get to know each of you, but first, here’s a little bit about me.
I became a teacher a little later in life! I graduated from SDSU with a degree in Art. After spending time volunteering in my own children’s classrooms, I decided to try substituting and quickly discovered that teaching was where I belonged. I went back to school and earned my teaching credential in 2019 from CSUSM.
Because I love learning just as much as I love teaching, I received a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2024.
