Meet Carla Cid de Diego — Your Hostess, Creator, and Soul Behind XTRM305

I’m Carla — a creative entrepreneur, global humanitarian, educator, coach, and eternal explorer.

I was born in Spain and grew up between Madrid, Galicia, and Miami, raised in a family where art, creativity, and business came together. My father was a renowned sculptor, my mother a visionary businesswoman, and my grandfather the personal lawyer of Salvador Dalí. Together, we built a life around beauty, purpose, and impact.

For years, I led creative businesses around the world — including Art & Hope, a global business with projects that raised millions for humanitarian causes through cultural events. I founded Zenith Art & Fashion, I’ve worked internationally with artists, brands, musicians, dancers and cultural institutions. I’ve also taught creative programs to children, mentored adults as a personal and executive coach, and spoken on global stages to inspire change.

But then, everything collapsed.

During the pandemic, I flew to the Dominican Republic to care for my parents, who were both ill. Within days, I lost my father to COVID. That same day, my mother was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. I stayed by her side and fought for her life — but after five heartbreaking months, I lost her too.

They were not only my parents, but also my best friends and business partners.

At the same time, I was enduring an emotionally abusive marriage. I had given everything — my energy, my businesses, my spirit — and I was left completely depleted. Alone. Lost.

Before my mother passed, I made her a promise:
✨ “I will build a life I would want to live 1,000 times.”

It took me two years to stand back up, to rebuild my identity, my strength, and my vision. And when I returned to Galicia, the land of my roots, I felt something powerful reawaken in me. The ancient forests, the quiet rivers, the wild cliffs — they held me, healed me, reminded me of who I am.

From this rebirth, XTRM305 was born — a movement rooted in culture, transformation, and unforgettable experiences.

And from that, came The Enchanted Journey:
A magical, soulful retreat designed to awaken your five senses, reconnect you with Nature, and help you remember what truly matters in life.

This is not a vacation.
