CLEANING ROUTINE.

 KITCHEN

·     Clean doors, door handles, frames, thresholds

·     Clean and descale taps and sinks

·     Clean skirting boards

·     Empty and clean bins inside and outside

·     Clean windows inside, window frames, window sills and curtain rails

·     Clean kitchen cabinets inside and outside, including drawers, shelves

·     Clean counter tops, sockets, switches, pictures, mirrors, lights and fittings

·     Remove cobwebs

·     Clean ceiling vents, wall tiles and grouting

·     Mop floor

·     Clean Fridge, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Thumble dryer, Toaster

·     Freezer - outside and inside (needs to be defrosted by the tenant or add/on)

·     Oven cleaning - clean and degrease oven inside, including door, racks and oven tray. 

       Wipe oven seal.

·     Stovetop, hob, extractor - clean and degrease

·     Clean wipe table and chairs

BATHROOM

·     Clean doors, door handles, frames, thresholds

·     Clean skirting boards

·     Empty and clean bins inside and outside

·     Clean lights and fittings

·     Remove cobwebs

·     Clean bathroom vent

·     Clean and descale tiles

·     Clean and descale taps and shower head

·     Clean hand basin, bathtub and shower

·     Remove mould from grouting and silicone sealings if possible

·     Clean toilet - descale inside and under the rim, clean toilet seat and outside the bowl

·     Mop bathroom floor

·     Wipe radiator and towel rail

·     Clean mirror

·     Clean bathroom cabinets inside and outside

LIVING ROOM

·     Clean doors, door handles, frames, thresholds

·     Clean skirting boards

·     Clean lights and fittings

·     Clean windows inside, window frames, window sills and curtain rails

·     Clean sockets, switches

·     Remove cobwebs

·     Clean shelves, furniture inside and outside

·     Clean flooring (carpet cleaning not included), carpet with vacuum cleaner, mop floor, clean under furniture

·     Vacuum clean upholstery

·     Clean any mirrors, pictures, and top of the picture frames

BEDROOM

HALLWAY

GARDENING & LIGHT PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, garden rubbish clearance, painting and repairs
